I can't add cover to the existing manga

I tried adding new covers for the manga I've been translating but it didn't work, it did show the screen saying the update complete, but nothing happened. I even tried changing the language and the volume number, but the same problem persisted. Is it a bug or anything, because I saw other teams adding cover to the same manga successfully but I can't?

Hi, there's a chance that the title you're trying to add a cover to has a cover that's set to always display. This makes the UI show only that specific cover. Only certain roles on the site can apply this flag to covers.
Please share the title page URL so I can look into it.

As I couldn't see anything "wrong" with the title pages you shared, I checked your account and it seems that your cover upload permissions have been removed due to:

Uploading several fan translated covers

This is because our rules state that:

2.3.2 All cover art should be unmodified and not translated by users. Officially translated covers can be uploaded, and must be tagged with the correct language.

So that's the reason you can't add new covers.
