Castorum is way too valuable to use as fake vanilla. Though I recommend getting the proper Bourbon Vanilla beans anyways

Okay, you can have all the vanilla, I'm content with the rest of flavours. Well, for me vanilla is "lack of flavour" and "blandness" anyways, so I'm not missing anything.

Looked it up and Wikipedia corrorobates his stuff.
Originally, it was gathered in the wild from the Asian palm civet, but sadly they did discover factory farming methods.

Not to mention the farmers themselves are paid poorly. This happens if communism and capitalism combines.
