This is my observation and opinion of what I‘ve seen so far.

I will say that personally I find it proper etiquette to wait for a reply after asking to date exclusively, or whatever being girlfriends means to them, before being intimate with another. So I feel Mei is justified in feeling Karin may be playing around a bit. (Again good of her to notice her own transgressions at this point) I just hope Mei can see through the cloud of lust and have an honest conversation before proceeding with anything.

I’m back again and replying to myself since there is a 2 month time limit to edit. Anyways to add on to my last comment. As long as it’s communicated properly a healthy agreed upon polyamorous (kind of like harem) relationship would be fine provided everyone is aware and knows the bounds of the relationship and who it entails and whether to be open or not. Honestly, though I feel like Mei would do better in a monogamous committed relationship with a girlfriend or have a few since it seems she can love multiple girls at once they just all need to set some rules and boundaries (Harem ending). Or just pick one. 🤷‍♀️
