pretty sure those are photos lol. It's not uncommon for webcomics to use irl photos and/or 3d models instead of drawing bgs every time. they do blend in surprisingly well though

It has been getting weekly updates give or take (ch 21 updated literally like a hour ago on other sites) but for some reason they aren't being uploaded on mangadex, you can find it on other sites though.

@Tatsuya-Kai Those are likely official scans. If you see that the chapters have the same translated logo as the official English version, then it's official scans as most scanlation groups don't redraw that kinda thing.

Honestly I just feel sorry for the poor girl (isekai'd girl not the reincarnated female lead) since she's supposed to love the emperor like the original story but now everything's gone to hell plot-wise.

The offical site also produces poor and incorrect translations that change the meaning in many cases. They are just grabbing every single webtoon in this genre they can get their hands on to build a monopoly and pay walling it, while jamming through low quality translations. No one should be encouraging anyone to go to that site.
