Yeah at this point I agree with one of the comments from last chapter. It will never happen but I wish he would kill himself out of heartbreak so she would know true despair instead of being an absolute idiot about it. I swear people who believe in astrology aren't that f*ckin stupid and that's saying something.

rather than a waste of time, it's literally the central conflict that the whole story is built on. It's just really stupid.
So the central conflict is a waste of time.... I mean, take this away.... and the story would be fine...
What was the author thinking with this arc?
Basically, the author wanted unneeded drama so they did the "even though I changed everything, I'm going to believe nothing with change yet try to change things even though it makes no sense"

And then the author thought that it was a good idea to drag it out for no reason....

Erin is becoming more and more annoying "just how far into despair are you going to make me fall" like YOU ARE DOING THIS TO YOURSELF the blue haired girl is nowhere to be seen, I hope soon they announce that the blue haired girl is getting married to some other dude making everything erin has done pointless

It's literally in the title. Reincarnate into the fiancée that abuses the male lead and eventually pushes him to the actual love interest. It’s essentially shipper brain fused with the actual obsession of the characters involved. And because of how the original character is written, the more they become obssessed the more they are essentially becoming that original character. Which is bad in their opinion. This Villainess Wants a Divorce! is another example of this.
It's certainly hella dumb. But it feeds into that cliche of narrative fate apparent in other villainess stories like Bakarina or Bertia.

Maybe... but it's super annoying and many of us wish the author would just hurry it up and get this over with... it feels like forced and unneeded drama..

At least Bakarina and Bertia are just pure dumbasses and their plight is actually entertaining... and it felt like it helped the story rather than dragging it down...

This is not fun at all and just feels sad and dragged out.... and unneeded...

From wanting a novel (new, untread) story as a reader, I wish she'd commit. And we read a story branching from there. Either him chasing her, or their foundation of a new relationship not that of lovers.

From a human perspective hoping for the reduced misery of others (even fictional), I wish she'd get over the damn "it's a novel" trope. She's already messed with the timeline and seen there's no magical "corrective plot force". That universe Michelson–Morley experiment was already completed when she saved Aiden from abuse.

This waffling back and forth, and the predicate abrupt divorce request (almost wanting it to fail), from someone who refused all happiness for ten years to do so, seems arbitrary plot device in last meter of marathon race. Shows a weak Female Main Character.

Back to original thesis: commit.

my thing is wouldn’t you think that things there might be a different outcome since you changed the plot of the story ??
if I was an MC in this story and I managed to change everything within obviously there’s gonna be a different outcome.
one you changed the relationship between the parents ,
two you managed to get the nanny far away or exiled from the area
three you manage to give the MO something you already changed the part of the story and a relationship between you and him already changed into a romantic sense so what makes you think that another woman coming in will make him automatically go back to the original plot the story that just doesn’t Work I don’t know. I just feel like she’s doing unnecessary shit this is unnecessary heartbreak. This is unnecessary pain like girl come on?
