The manhwa plot was something like this; could be slight spoilers, the girl I think had a dream or got hit by a car not quite sure, but the god? did something in the dream and guys started falling in love with her ? Pretty sure the guy who hit her with a car was one of the love interest. I don’t think someone could figure out with this much information, but I would be happy if it happens!

In the categories/tags box type Reverse Harem, then in the checkboxes you can exclude stuff you know it isn't. So if it is not Hentai... you could check the exclude option.
