None of what you said is even remotely supported by what is shown or even remotely makes sense.

This is just a pure strawman. Regardless if one expects the wish to come true or not, they want it to become a reality.

Not be an arsehole for no reason which she has been since the absolute beginning upon seeing her wish come true. One of her first ever comments was to shame her while expressing disappointment in her "wish" not being more appealing to look at. That is both uncalled for and arguably implies that

... aint like she thinking with her clit...

Is more close to reality than you want to admit given her wish was to give force the person she is crushing on to reciprocate her feelings and upon getting someone else is not upset the wish was granted exactly as worded, but that her "wish" was both not the person she wants to date and also has too small a bust size for her liking which is only ever relevant ever if you are looking at the owner of the bust in a sexual way partially or completely.

I genuinely have no idea where you go this idea from. We are talking about a being that does not require food or water, instead gets their sustenance from the light of stars at night, presumably does not sleep and as such requires neither a bed or a dedicated bedroom, can grant an indefinite amount of small wishes with no defined limit outside the nebulous term of "small" given she was able to immediately produce a stack of bills which are red (meaning they are ¥100, the highest note notion) which were in a currency strap (which hold 100 bills) meaning she was just handed ¥10,000 (for reference the highest minimum monthly salary is in Shanghai where it is ¥2,690 or 27% of what she just got handed and was told could get every few days if needed. 27%. That is 4 months of salary for a minimum wage worker in the most rich city in the country. The likelyhood her parents make much less is very high so that amount of money could easily be 6 months of her parents salaries. And she can get that every few days. The only reason she  refused, yes  refused, was because the government did not officially print it and depicting actions against the government is illegal in mainland China. The money itself was never stated by either character to not be legal tender. It was refused on principle instead of legitimacy. Not only does none of this constitute as a burden, financially or otherwise; but, it instead paints the star as a benefactor who is more than capable of providing virtually anything if not directly with her abilities then indirectly by simply paying for anything that would be needed. She could pay for rent, food, electricity, water, heating & cooling, clothes, etc etc. As established she has no need for basic things humans require and instead almost exists purely to provide instead, so where is she being taken care of when everything shown has shown the exact opposite: she is taking care of her wish maker.

Also her wish fulfilling is not really all that good but has to take care of someone else now

I am not going to bother reiterating my explanation of how the latter is the opposite at best and at worst her parents would be taking care of her not the MC, but as for the former that is just jumping to conclusions as there has only been two wishes fulfilled period so far and yet both were fulfilled as stated.

• I want a girlfriend (a romantic partner) which is fulfilled by the star fulfilling said role
• I want to be rich which was fulfilled to the best of the star's abilities; yet, was a flawed wish to begin with as the star clearly said "small wish" to which the MC immediately made a large demand and still had it fulfilled to a significant degree

Neither of these wishes were poorly executed, and were granted in full. At most you could argue the MC's preferences were ignored, but those were not the wish itself: they were preferences on how it can be fulfilled, not demands on what to do.
