Hmmm I'm gonna take this seriously, I'm guessing magic has something to do with it as I'm sure the split second sudden change in the body as big as that will kill her due to the organs being pushed at a fast rate rather then slowly over 9 months to make room however this is within her stomach due to drinking from the mouth so... her stomach would explode not to mention popping it out is impossible. It's why I'm guessing it was born through her magic circuits rather than internal body. (If they even have magic and it works that way.)
