I'm fairly certain most of the stuff that guy posts is by a bot. He sometimes writes a few comments, but he'd have to have reddit posting as a full time job to post as much as he does.
I'm fairly certain his main account is banned because I haven't seen it in a while.

It sure feels like he uses a bot. His main account may or may not be banned on r/manga, but it sure isn't banned site-wide. He's still posting a lot on subreddits for specific manga/anime series. Also, I have a feeling he wasn't banned on r/manga and instead just started posting on r/manga with his alt to try to escape the negative attention (which isn't working). If he was banned there, the mod probably would've banned him again already since it's super obvious it's him.

Must admit I don't use reddit much after mangadex opened comments, so I haven't been paying that much attention.
