From what I can tell Appraisers/Blacksmiths are either ridiculously rare or they are the only ones... Up to this point the exp share has only be attributed to healers and no one is entirely sure how it works apart from the mc who did tests at the start of the story.

Since these support skills seem pretty useless at lvl 1 no one has given them the chance to level up from using their abilities (apart from healers) since there are better alternatives already (appraisal paper and none magic blacksmiths).

TL;DR: Support skills are useless at level 1 (apart from Healers) and no one knows how to level them up because of this.
