How can one chapter have too much going on? How come it was creepy and depressing yet sweet at the same time?

I don't know about y'all but Bibi offering her the bed is really something. That's character development in my book

My god, she dismembered the whole dog lol
No wonder he's been avoiding her.

Anyway, I thought it was awesome how the author shows this scene in the previous chapter. At first, I just thought that Bibi was being a spoiled brat, but turns out it was more creeper.

Love the way the plot shows that Bibi starts to feel comfortable enough to show Amy a side of her that she deems weird, not that her normal behavior isn't but more because her uncle started to avoid her when she tried to make a specimen out of the dog. She knows Amy would not and is ready to show that side of her despite risking Amy avoiding her as Nicholas did.
And Amy took it like a chad, even eating the whole pie piece after seeing the rabbit
Btw, Amy in Bibi's pijama is cute

In my opinion her father is also the cause of many of her problems. Instead of getting the help she needs he avoids her and quite frankly hates her. If Bibi didn't meet Amy she would have gotten worse. And now Amy gets Trauma dumps, which a specialized therapist would be more qualified to work through.

So, because he said precious things should be tuck away and that the dog was precious to him, she decided to preserve him for her uncle... And bro didn't ask why and straight up let her raise herself? 90% of Bibi yandere tendencies is because he was vague as fuck about everything when she asked genuine questions. Prime example of how to turn an autistic child into a psychopath.

You probably already read through and it explains, but… I think she took storing precious things in boxes to heart so since he said her and the dog were precious she tried to store it away. She is young and obviously seems to have some sort of problem with empathy and feelings (google def of psychopath) so she didn’t understand what she was doing and was doing what she perceived to be right based on what she was told by her uncle. Unfortunately Uncle’s trauma with dad makes it so he can’t see why she did it and that she needs help (therapy) to learn what not to do and what to do

That one panel with young Bibi surrounded by presents from the last chapter really has a different tone after reading this chapter. :shamihuh:

Also nice reference lol.

I love getting involved with illegal activities, keep it up and I'll keep doing my part by pretending social media doesn't exist, tis a figment of my imagination

Oh look it's her pet rabbit

Uh wait is Larry another big mom with the cremebeushe?
ok what I mean is uh, is what seems to be a stuffed animal dog actually fucking Larry and this is a form of censorship cause the actual scene is rather gory and dark for even this sort of style, if so that's fucking dark man

I kinda wanna be therapist now, the art of gaslighting sounds so fun

The reason she thought she had to put the dead dog in a box is because of what her uncle said to her at the end of this chapter.

It's also why she stored her dead rabbit in a jar.

Gotta put precious things away after you're done playing with them.

damn, so bibi's just autistic/psychopathic/lacks empathy but because her uncle has unresolved trauma he just views her as a monster and never actually gets bibi the help she needs so she never learns better. What a shitty uncle.

The dog wasn't dead before she stuffed him in the box. It also seems she might have dismembered him or killed him so that he'd fit in the box. She mentions wanting to stuff him but says that he was a big boy, implying she had to do more to get him in there. I like Bibi but the story has also been pretty clear that she has been violent since very, very early. She kidnaps people among other wild stuff and he's not to blame for that. I don't think he's that unreasonable for worrying and struggling with his own traumas.
