If something is programmed to be human, how can we say it isn't "human" ?
In a way, our cute AI was created as a newborn that can quickly evolve, whit the objective of learning to be human, the only different he has to a human is that a newborn takes around 20 years to properly develop, but the end goal is the same.
So, just the fact that our AI was made to be human already makes him a human, just like an AI made to be a servant is a servant.
He has developed a will, as he expresses to want to go places, do things, and even claims to feel things that he isn't programed to feel, only programed to be able to, as there is nothing in human history claiming that you NEED to fall in love.
