Some douches just can't resist, they see that it's trending and have to jump in. Like there aren't thousands of other great manga out there that they could discover themselves and make popular if they have good enough taste and skills. But they don't, so instead they snipe.

Thankfully, Mangadex allows you to easily block sub groups like that, so it's only a temporary minor inconvenience.
