At first I wanted to suggest Roxana, but then I realized it doesn't quite match with the other poster's description. Still, it's also in the vein of "a normal girl becomes a part of a ruthless family and has to stand her ground somehow", and has elements of intense sibling rivalry, casual attitude to murder and torture, and cruel mind games.
