Very underrated. I've read until chapter 333 using screen translator. This manhua is worth it for me to binge read the story even though mtl is headache inducing.
It's a harem, yes, but the girls are neither throwing themselves to MC or inexplicably fell in love with MC. In a way, it's a story about MC's two-timing, three-timing, or perhaps even more. It's like a few romance stories squeezed into a manhua, because each girl has their own stories to unfold and will make you root for their successful relationship while at the same time cursing MC's unfaithfulness. Sure, there are a few unlikeable characters, but that means each character is different and not a mass produced mob characters and you can enjoy their growth during the course of the story.
Hope it will get more attention and recognition both from readers and translators alike. Rated 11/10
Tldr;
Translation review:
-Firescans: read at their official website, they doesn't update on mangadex that often. Quality is decent at best, but their release schedule is 2 chapters/week. Currently translating until chapter 50.
-likemanga.io: not sure who their translator is, but they never released their translation in mangadex but every other scrapper sites have their releases. The translation is a barely edited MTL, maybe they're using DeepL I'm not sure. But they properly put their text into the bubbles. Currently translating until chapter 172.
-Mangamtl: literally MTL. Their OCR sometimes missed a few bubbles. Headache inducing to read.
-This is the unofficial raw. Read using screen translator. It's a bit tedious to click the translate button at every page, but it gets the job done. Still headache inducing to read but more accurate than mangamtl. Read at the risk of your own sanity

I read it because of the glowing advertisement in the comment section, looked inside and it's not all that good. I think they want to write a cool MC but with a very juvenile idea of cool, in return the story part where the MC is supposedly doing a cool thing may unintentionally come off as funny. The romance? Isn't great, it's very typical of harem romance where MC does something and the woman blush (that's how you know she falls in love with him) without anything deeper that convinces you that they make a good couple.

I read this up to c.33, then dropped it there.
The goal of this is for mc to pick-up girls, the problem is he can't do it unless he has a superior grin and gaze when looking at them, it's very annoying.

2 above stated comments despite reading quite a lot (up to ch.33). Do not state the obvious thing:
MC is a cheater and quite a bad one.
I may respect a man who states that he will have multiple girlfriends face to face when meeting a woman, effectively giving her an option to dump him straight up.
On the other hand I despise guys who try to weasel in between 2 girls and try to mingle with them (or more than 3).
But i also despise american style dating where people "see" many people before they explicitly state they are exclusive. <-- Is it effective? Yes, if you want to have sex or gain something from someone. Is it morally good or good long-term dating strategy? No, it is not, it will leave your partner with suspicions, you yourself will have compromised morality and opens potential for drama in the future.
When he reverts in age he somehow starts wooing many girls at once which is the opposite of his 35y old self.
Even among older pick-up masters his actions are straight up lame and worthy of disrespect.
All above stated by me just proves that author doesn't know shit about dating multiple people or even dating. Author lacks clear direction or understanding where the plot must go or what are the motives of our MC. Does he want to find a wife? Or have a harem? It seems he isn't interested in "easy" women but is okay ruining normal women? (basically creating bad experience with men).

100% Correct. During 1st chapters they portray him as 35y old guy who seems to be not interested in one-night stands and short term women, because he had enough.
