I really like the general direction of the plot but dislike that I cant percieve that girl as anything but a plothook. I just cant get attached to her and that always feels kinda sad when someone thats obviously important to the mc is more or less just a plotdevice. I can already see her either getting abducted (or at least a kidnapping attempt) where that blonde asshat will try to (probably) sexually assault her or at least t force her into a relationship with him. And if its not directly the girl getting involved, then it will be her family. Just feels bad man.

@Necrokora I agree, there is no personality to her and she seems to only be there to be the plot hook. It makes the story feel very flat and boring. I hope the author soon gives her more life.
