honestly... I'd be surprised if he didn't give the money to the bookstore guy. Honestly, it was because of him too that he got the ability to get all the skills from just reading. If he just pays for the medical bill, but doesn't give the rest, I'll be pretty disappointed.

@pingustrategist The doctor friend might actually wave the fee. It seems like it might head in that direction. He should split it with him 50/50. He could also buy the store from him for a hefty price, so that guy can retire in luxury and he'd have his own bookstore. He could then focus on his family restaurant and the bookstore for a career, assuming that's what he decides to do. He could even make a career of his artwork and calligraphy. The bookstore would provide income and time to work on it.
