I feel like Ripley has a bunch of shit people around her. The villainess character was hella rude and pretty self-righteous. Etoile is nicer but guilt tripping the only person who approached her which is not really cool. The duke, depending on what really happened during their first night, may or may not be a bad dude but at least it does make some sense for him to ask her to take responsibility and not just do it and run.
