@Pokari @sukaley @Ruruskadoo I read a similar villainess novel like this one where there was a side-story where they lived in the modern world and they were just children from rich families instead of nobles, and another side-story which was a Cinderella story but with characters from that novel as the cast so the story deviates from the original Cinderella story cause the heroine(Cinderella) is a tomboy, the ML(the prince) is yandere for the MC, and the MC(the fairy godmother) can't refuse the heroine cause she's too soft towards her.

...ok, I'm getting carried away. What I'm saying is, it's probably an alternate reality. But that's just a theory, A GAME THEO-...oh fuck it.

I've never felt more disgust than when a manga adaptation just decides to not adapt part of the story and regulates it to a random bit of light-novel text in the book instead.
That's like the entirety of DragonBall not getting an anime and a DragonBall Z anime just starting with "lol read teh manga, bitch"
