"I'm not taking damage guys, it's just RTSR setup."

Still though, tripled stats at low HP? That's way better than the Red Tearstone Ring in Dark Souls.

Still skeptical of the whole revolution plot in the real world, but she's gonna die anyways. Might as well take her chances, right?

I get why she'd be pissed. "Hey we need you because of your job and because you are a defect that will die soon so maybe you'd be more okay with helping us". It does feel...idk, ick. Also he started with trying to sweet talk her too on her appearence. More ick.

They just waited until they could find, basically, a terminally ill person to use for their own gain. Sure they might have good intentions but its all still just their word about it, theres no real proof they actually want good change and not just power of their own. I mean they clearly have weapons so they dont intend it being a bloodless thing, lots of people they will kill are probably just like her, cogs in the machine that didnt choose anything either.

Oh wait...the fact he may be a doctor/etc, and her doctor easily gave out her info which...is a violation normally, and that this revolution was planned for a long time might mean SHE was planned from birth to be a defect for all this.

Either this goes full Robespierre or
I feel we are gonna get 1984'ed , and our revolutionary leader just does internal cleanup .
There are no other options.
I do wonder how the author plans to make the two seemingly separate stories converge.
Very much this. There already is a very heavy implication that the game by now is more than just that. What with it playing even when she isn't logged in, it granting her special route quite well matching with her own terminal illness, two major characters remembering previous routes and with the servers actually being down right now.

Well I hope the MC gets to live in atleast some world happy and healthy once all is set and done.
Will be interesting to see her reaction, when the full implications of the "game world" hit her.
Also betting that atleast once before the end, the title of this manhwa is subverted. If it wouldn't be, that would be odd.

The story with Pan so far doesn't feel satisfying, the noble's heir just suddenly get rescued in the background and protagonist's only active action is stabbing herself. It doesn't seem to end yet so maybe it will be cool.

I don't know about you, but if it was up to me, I ain't agreeing to this shit.

Not just because this feels like a trap, but also because I'm the type of person who would accept the deal of misery so that the enitre species can live on.

Her real life city looks so cool.

I wonder how the game world will involve the real world? I look forward to it!

Honestly the doctor could be lying about the terminal illness and/or setting her up.
Most likely not. She IS sick. Even if it's not terminal, she's dying from it anyway which means the doctor would have to be prescribing her the wrong medicine, essentially killing her. That would mean murder.

And you don't want to murder the person you need.

Issue is... whether the revolution is successful or not. She wouldn't live long enough to see it. That really would reduce her motivation.

Conversely: I came here to say, I'd be deeply suspicious of her doctor right now.

There's no reason to think her doctor didn't manufacture her 'illness' (poisoning her, then lying about diagnoses) precisely to gain compliance from her for their revolution. Why wait for a 1-in-1000 chance among 30 people when you can make it happen whenever you want?

If they aren't poisoning her, we have to accept both the 0.3% chance that the right person had a 'defect' and the freak coincidence did her doctor happened to be in a position to leak that information to revolutionists.

If they are poisoning her, by contrast, all they had to get was her doctor on their side.

And we could then infer that maybe that might not be a coincidence either—that they manufactured some leverage over her doctor as they are now over her, and that this is a whole pyramid scheme of social engineering. It makes way more sense that way.
