Have you tried "Parallel paradise" ? It's clearly the thing that come to my mind when i hear "hentai with a story of average/good quality".

For non-yuri, you can also try :

• "Black Gakkou ni Tsutomete Shimatta Sensei", but it's more funny than smutty.
• "Booty Royale: Never Go Down Without A Fight!", but it's on permanent hiatus.
• "Vanity Angel" is old but kind of funny at the start.

For yuri mangas, those are good :
