A great difficulty in japanese society is opening up, so I'm glad they're propping each other up.Nice oneshot! I appreciate that they're there for each other even if they aren't sharing their stories
Where indeed? These two can just be friends, you know?where GL tag??
I get what you're saying, they were very touchy with each other, but I think it makes it so much more accessible and open by never confirming if they're lovers or just friends.where GL tag??

There's a decent amount of flirting (excuse the pun) around the idea of it being GL. Plenty of the panels look like they're leading into something like that, and the part where the prez awkwardly tries to ask to walk to school together has the sense of it being a stronger question (which is what I assumed Hasuike was hinting at with the "I was wondering what you were going to ask").
To me, it absolutely has the vibe of a light GL manga. As a reader I'd even go so far as to say I think it is. The author themself is LGBT, additionally.
But in translating it, there's never anything definitive that says one way or the other, so I didn't want to make any kind of suggestion that could be unintended by the author. So it's like this - ambiguous.

Honestly, confirming a relationship, unless it's important to the plot, is usually better left for interpretation in my opinion.
Thanks for your insights and i do agree.Where indeed? These two can just be friends, you know?
I can certainly understand both of their feelings. Both of them are smothered, and the only way they can feel free is through their small rebellions. Heisuke is very flashy, while Prez is very reserved. Both are suffering, but at least now they have someone that understands what they're going through!
