I think it's the opposite. The 1st and 2nd chapter were great. We got to the good part faster...

Rather, we should have continued with the revenge with the back story being sprinkled..

Like, every time she gets some form of vengeance, we can see the summary of the injustice she faced...

And most of this back story could be shortened...

For instance, when getting revenge on the playboy, she could have then had the flash back...

We got to the divorce, then have a huge back story and then we have revenge...

Should have done a better mix instead... back story is just slowing things down....
