1) A salaryman is dragged by his drunk boss into a sexy bar. The kind of bar where you can chat with pretty women, but not quite a brothel. Japan's sexy entertainment is a complicated mess because of the government meddling. I think it's like with porn: they aren't allowed to have actual brothels, so they try to be the next best thing.
This particular bar seems to be "oppai pub" promising to show off some breasts to the visitors.
2) Salaryman doesn't share the boss' interest in such places. Probably too tired and drunk for breasts.
3) A hostess chats the salaryman up. That's what they do. Salaryman isn't impressed.
4) Bar shifts into a more sexy mode. Maybe it's a brothel after all? Or it's just time to show off the promised breasts?
Hostess continues chatting up the salaryman as she gets on his knees. Impressive multi-tasking.
5) Turns out the hostess is a farm girl by day. And she shows off her naked breasts. Salaryman is finally impressed.
Did the salaryman finally see her as a person? Is it just the breasts?
Probably the first one.

Also my interpretation was that she knew which dialogue tree to choose in this situation, not that she is an actual potato farmer. Just that her ability to read what her customer wants is impressive and she has a wide range.
