About his condition...hmmmm...I clearly remember a period in my puberty when I had sudden and explicable urges to punch someone without any reason, or to cuss out and insult somebody. Gladly, I never did anything of the sort, and gradually such urges stopped on their own by the time I became adult.
Isn't this the case here and boy should have just controlled himself better when he was 12?

Hi. Uploader here.
I have no intention to snipe this series, I only wanted to do this one chapter even though I really like this series and I can relate to Kurashiki a lot (The part about uncontrollable impulses, not punching people).
Mainly because of page 7.

I dusted off my tools to make just one meme page for page 7, but when translations got to around chapter 2, I thought "Might as well do the whole chapter for that one page", so I did.

I also have translation scripts for all chapters if anyone wants them since I translated them for a friend to read also. Won't be continuing this since this is a special one-off.

EDIT: Just pushed minor updates to bubbles on page 1, 3, 5, 15, 20. Fixed a typo on 16. Can't promise I'll fix the bad redraws since I'm not that good.
And this was in my original translation notes if anyone is curious, even the author pointed it out in page 2:
