I want to read a manga but i forgot its title

It might be chinese or korean, i'm not sure. What I can remember about the manga is an elementary schooler girl trying to build a country on her school and she made a wimpy kid her "eneuch".
I read that manga some few years ago, now i want to reread it but i forgot its title. Can someone help me please?
