I posted a chapter for the Digitally Colored One Piece manga for the first time, but when I checked my profile to see if it was already uploaded, I saw that my role was "banned". What happened to my account that now it's been banned? I will learn from my mistake. My MangaDex Forum username is the same name as my MangaDex username.

I am so sorry, I only thought that the original Black and White One Piece was the one you couldn't edit because I saw the MangaPlus entries. I didn't see the note since I was skimming through to find the "Add Chapter" button. But, I wonder, why aren't there any MangaPlus entries in the coloured version of One Piece?
And I also think, what should I do with the images I edited now?

The mangaplus entries are simply links to the publisher website, they aren't uploaded chapters, the same is true for basically every group with an official publisher name here. I do think they're also updated manually, unless there's some bot doing so currently.

You can keep your images, just don't share/post* them here. Copyright restricts distribution, not possession.

*yes there are wrinkles around this for fair use but that's a lecture best left to someone more in the know

Could I add a website link in my other scanlations, that leads to an Internet Archive page full of my scanlations for One Piece, or is it against the rules to put a link?

Read the rules in that regard, it is allowed for instance to put a link on the credits page to your website, however it is not to aggregators. The Internet Archive is not an aggregator so it should be allowed (I've seen more than one link on the forum), even though double-check it with a staff member first, you'll have to talk with them to get your permissions back anyway so bring it up by that time.

Well, now that MangaPlus has stopped my plans, I guess I'll take on Pokémon Special next. Also, talking about Pokémon Special, especially this one (https://mangadex.org/title/47e5c76d-1420-4bfa-a973-90524c9d6f13/pokemon-special?order=asc), there's a group called Dragon Guard Scanlations that used the Viz translations for their text, but just copied it into their RAWs so it wasn't just the Viz release, someone might have to take a look at that, they even credit Viz for the text.

Ideally some pages of VIZ Media should be added to that (to check the translation is, in fact, the same) but them typing that is at least concerning. It was seven years ago so I don't know if it was allowed back then, one way or another you should report that (with the report button) on the series (since it's not only one chapter) and detail it as much as possible so the mods can take a proper look.

Indeed that is the truth for chapters 1-7 of Pokémon Special
I checked a bunch of their other chapters for that title and they are fine and same applies to other titles that they released chapters for

Water gun in Japanese is water gun in English. Why is that important to know?

I thought that maybe explaining it would clear up some people's confusion, so no one thinks, "But is Water Gun in Japanese actually Water Gun in English or is it a different move that the creator hasn't explained?" But I guess it's kind of stupid to put that translation note. At least it's not like those translation notes that say "Bwaahhaahahah XD".

There's a 75/25 chance that I delete that translation note. It's kind of stupid, though there's another option I could do, which is to italicise the "is" in "Water Gun in Japanese is Water Gun in English". Anyway, you could tell me which option I should choose and I'll do it! I'm kinda excited to post this scanlation on MangaDex!
