well that was retarded, why does he claim to be her boss? she healed his friend/servant in return for him taking her to farglow, why would the soldiers be so nonchalant about capturing the healer? they were sent there to capture/kill her yet they instantly just gave up as soon as the douche had a talk with them. are they going to the capital of the country that is trying to kill her or are they going to the capital of farglow? if it's the capital of the country that is trying to kill her then why in the fuck would you agree too it?

She is being escorted to the castle under a royal order, if they dont go along with the knights/soldiers they are gonna die, except for the healer who is gonna get dragged back probably.

Literally no reason not to kill those guys and escape since it would take a while before anyone found out what happened to them anyways.

her identitys reputation has already been spreading, and the smart choice for the empire would to
1. Find out the healers whereabouts, which are confirmed by rumors
2. Figure out if she is a threat or can be forced as an ally.

she literally CANT do anything except whine and cry about it because if people around her say no shes not in the clinic, itd be an obvious lie to mcs reputation going around and they could easily force a lockdown in the clinic to find this girl. I do agree with the comments that she did give in and i wish author would show more hesitation?? the pacing in general was sorta wack this chapter.
but thinking about being in her place, i honestly would not put those around me in danger of being attacked over lying and covering over me. people in the neighborhood already know and recognize her and without ANY PLAN, she is unable to really "sneak out disguise and escape". remember that the antagonist is crazy and would totally order the clinic to be burned or taken down if it means ensuring mcs death.

as for the boss thing, im not sure i honestly thought it was a figure of speech like boss im in ur hands!!! sorta ordeal. I was hoping the plot would go along the lines of earn reputation and power in the neighboring kingdom and destory the original kingdom but ig the author doesnt want a long story
