Well I guess when I think about it, if the point really was to teach this guy life/death lessons, the emotional impact on the reader wouldn't be as important...but still. Could have played it up big time.

Oh right just forgot! Considering how much money the streamers family obtained and they took all that without giving a reward makes it feel so scummy?

You know I wouldn't be surprised if the author is going to make it so the MC runs into his Ex-Girlfriend in his next life. To rub salt on the wounds and also to show if his death affected her in anyway.
