But I do know the feeling. I have some Russian friends who have been in America for 20+ years and they have never had gravy with a meal, not even at Thanksgiving or over biscuits or anything. A lot of ethnicities just eat what they know and rarely go outside of that.

I just assumed it was the bandits because when that same list was shown in the previous chapter, the bandits were also on the same panel. None of the Destiny Wind guys' names were on the list as well.

This is also ironic because many people in places like China and India (yes, they serve things other than beef there) eat out there instead of their local food because a chicken sandwich from McDonald's may not be gourmet, but you know it's CHICKEN and you know it's SAFE to eat. Let's just say hygiene standards and regulations in some of those countries... well... Take your chances.
