Poor Cocoa. She failed her first test. She forget Rin's and Rei's teachings. Cocoa was way too pushy. Basically she imitated what has been done for her before and she didn't stop to think what her job really is. Her job is to serve customers and she forget to listen her customer. Every customer is different. Their needs and wants are different. She should identifies what customer really need and offer that to them. Rei explained it nicely and Cocoa forgot that.

For woman sex is not as easy thing as for man. Man can basically fuck what ever hole that moves but woman needs her mental state to be in sync or she usually can't get orgasm. For many women it is not easy to get orgasm and if you pay for sex you usually want that. Cocoa ruined totally that customer's mood. In this situation man would just fucked Cocoa and be happy but it is totally understandable when woman customer turned Cocoa down. Customer probably wanted Cocoa be like Cocoa was first time with Rin, not this pushy cocoa.

This is really really good manga and realistic one too! It is not often to see life of escorts. Fascinating and all the respect to them and their work!
