Her trying to snatch the money out of the air wearing mittens is 11/10 on the kawaii scale.
It's a bit of a shame this manga suffers from the same issue as many others in the genre, especially the ones that start out as one-shots with a silly premise - a perfectly adorable couple who fit together perfectly, so the only possible way to keep them apart for conflict and romantic tension purposes is to make them terminally awful at communication.
There's potential in the "is he/she only in it for the money" aspect if it's explored more seriously. Maybe it gets flipped someday, and doing stuff together actually causes money to start disappearing out of their pockets - just to see how that affect the way the two act around each other. And when exactly that change finally brings about a confession and a consummation, it turns out all the money they got before was simply a loan from the future, and doing the nasty with each other finally balanced the books and anything supernatural ceases happening altogether. I guess that could work.
