whos Fafnir, im kinda forgot
Fafnir is (very likely) Ria's soul core. She names it in chapter 5.1.
That said, I hope all this talk about wanting to be with Ria "forever" doesn't receive some of that JP author magic and mysteriously grow an "as friends" tumor after it. Allen's showing donkan tendencies, and there's still that small-breasted musclehead girl who's also interested in him (probably for no other reason than because he beat her--i.e., the author wants to appeal to "everyone").
Seriously, I see the elements drawn from
Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan--there are quite a few, but I can forgive that as the story's interesting (and Ria's gorgeous--that was done right). But if you're going to draw that heavily from
Rakudai, at least take one of the elements that made it stand out so much--the romance that developed well and quickly without retarded BS padding it out. Fighting a life-or-death battle (the androgynous bodyguard sure didn't look like she
wasn't trying to kill him) to keep a
friend? Mere friendship doesn't trump the will of a parent, for one; and for another--and it's ridiculous that I've actually remarked this multiple times over my years of watching anime and reading manga--it's not normal to share a bed with your
friends, especially if that friend is
female.
