Does it really say that ema was cheating? If she was just hanging out then that would mean aoi was very possessive considering her actions later in the oneshot. There's probably a bit more nuance here. Bar owner says she a cheater but still. Aoi might've been suffocating ema and instead of having the courage to work it out or break up, ema felt the need to seek comfort elsewhere with less complications. Ema is flawed for sure but imagine what aoi was like before they broke up. She tried to kill ema!

Kazusa seems to like the fact that ema is a mess so that's that.
