Not yandere. She has not yet threatened to or has actually stabbed anyone nor has she made plans to kidnap and amputate all of MC's limbs, forcing him to be dependent on her, for everything, for the rest of his life.

She has yet to have any reason TO threaten stab etc. why would she just suddenly start stabbing people when she already has everything she wants? That's not how yanderes work, stabbing people is a means to an end, if you already have the end you don't need the means.
