This is the first time a brilliant detective's gone for so long without seeing Kaeru. Her placement and this id well in general is just that inconvenient.

I see that Hondomachi is still as smart and insane as ever. Although, I still question risking one of their only two remaining brilliant detectives in field work.

And you're right. They should just put her in a cell like Narihisago and make them neighbors, the man could seriously use some friendly company. Or at least someone that he won't have the urge to push into suicide.

This has to be a really heavy case afterwards for Sakaido, not only did he had to die multiple times but work so hard to save the "lives" of others in the well and having it not only be meaningless but also detrimental for solving the case.

Just noticed that Hondoumachi practices trigger discipline with her handgun, that's a neat detail. (Page 4 and 10)

Also, I'm going to assume the killer is the women the MC keeps saving in the well. (Page 25)
