actually pretty surprised at Aria saying they won't mention Anon's mother's death. that is reality TV gold it's free drama and easily able to push Anon's popularity a lot. I'm actually more likely to believe that they're just straight up lying to Mimi so she won't mention it to anyone else. I mean, if overcoming her mother's death is gonna be a significant part of the upcoming arc, then how would they even be able to hide that?

Even if Mimi seems to be a reliable young woman, she's still really young, so it's quite the burden that she's receiving from Aria.

I don't think Aria is even thirty yet so they're basically all kids to me. Regardless, Mimi is also exactly the person I would bring this topic up with. She's constantly working harder for her team than for herself, but that hard work is always very broad, so giving her a more focused task will help her prioritize where her efforts should go towards

their concern isn't just the reality show. they need a good relationship with them in case they win because then they'll be working with them professionally. to that end, they'd seek consent from participants for revealing personal details about them.

I think the primary reason is because Aria has been shown to care about Anon a lot and actually have the highest expectations for her. Even the first time she wrote about Anon she noted that even without becoming idol Anon have the greatest potential to be a singer. Also Anon behaviour resemble younger Aria supposedly and we know both of them have mommy issue as well. That's why I think Aria wouldn't reveal anything that might hurt Anon to the public..... TOKUTARO PLEASE DRAW BOTH OF THEM AS IF THEY ARE MOTHER AND DAUGHTER. PREFERABLY WITH MICROBIKINI

I’d argue it was a bit presumptive of Aria to just outright say “maybe singing with me reminded of her mom”, but I guess she had to approach the subject in some way.

They aren’t psychologists so really shouldn’t be meddling but considering this is Japan we’re talking about, I assume the production doesn’t have any on-site mental health expert to help the girls in this environment.

...why shouldn't non-psychologists meddle? like, an important component of improving your mental health is to have a strong support network which requires the people around you to work to help you, regardless of if they're psychologists or not.

probably talking to a therapist would also help, but you can't force anyone to do that, at least not in a way that's effective, so, in such a circumstance, it's important for friends, family, coworkers, classmates, etc to intervene and help.

It’s more because this is such a sensitive subject, realistically they have all known each other for just a month or so.
Being supportive is good but unearthing deep hang ups someone you barely know has is something only reserved for these types of stories.

Unless prompted it was quite presumptuous to connect Aria to Non’s mommy issues.
