I love Ibuki and Mimi as the main characters, but the side characters aren't doing it for me. The leader wannabe girl messed up her first assignment as the leader right off the bat when she asked best dancer and best singer to compete on singing for the centre. What did you think was gonna happen genius? That move alone could have soured the relationship in the group in a big way.

Plus, the best leaders aren't necessarily the best workers. You don't see the leader do all the hard work do you? That's because the job of the leader is not being the best, it is glueing the team together and raise moral (in an overly simplified way of putting it). Of course being the best at what you do helps, but thinking that alone would get you the position of leader is being conceited.
