Karin wasn't cut out to be a leader, period. Her motivations are only self centered so she won't take serious interest in her teammates (plus she is a hypocrit for dissing someone for having a backup plan when she herself has an university acceptance to fall back on at all times).

Hitoe is new to this whole leader thing and yeah mate, i have to agree she ain't doing the best out here. But in this case the selfishness of the Non chan (forgot her actual name) was the problem here. She wasn't fully committed to this event like some of the others and are making shit difficult for her teammates with her eccentric and immature personality.

PS: I didn't finish the chapter sorry have to add something else. Aria is gonna begin talking about facing reality when she put these girls in an isolated ships and began segregating them, artificially creating most the drama in the entire show. Don't give me that garbage mate. At this point I would even consider myself a hater since I find a lot of plot points and dialogues to be flawed and contradictory. Maybe they will address all these issues in future chapters, but I still want to leave these comments
Both Karin and Hitoe are kind of fumbling this whole leader thing...
