What is this technology level? Wooden ships have glass windows, below sea level mind you. Author is trivialising hundreds of years of European technology, creating this abomination of medievel, modern and fantasy. It feels the same as people who say chocolate milk comes from brown cows.

That's not a crime by itself - fantasy can have weird tech just fine. I actually like the glass underwater windows, they're a decent reminder that this is an otherworldly fantasy setting. You could easily imagine it's like a dwarven invention or something.
It's about how these ill-fitting objects are haphazardly slapped together without a stylistic whole to it. The author clearly just puts whatever they want without trying to make it fit. I find this the most amusing part of the series.
In this chapter alone I see a number of out-of-place things: shower heads and a plastic bath stool (p.2), footmen wearing full knight's armor yet armed with really tiny simple spears (p.9), electric cables (p.20), a plywood chair with metal legs and plastic leg tips (p.22), a Japanese-style crepe with sprinkles and fresh strawberries (p.27).

what are you crying about? It's a fantasy setting with modern elements. That's not super uncommon

going back on this, they have magic. They don't need to give a shit about how the construction of a boat should be when they can do wizard shit.
