Hmmm I gotta agree with most of the comments here I don't think he did it, though obviously the author wants us to think he did. But I'm pretty sure his whole scheme here is just to observe the bullying and not interfere with it... Unless he really did mean it when he told the girl to go to him for help but who knows..

@Tamerlane Seems like a classic case of his motives and thought process being understandable, but his actions (or lack of, in this case) being ultimately unjustifiable. We can sympathize with what he went through in the past, but obviously not what he's attempting here, which is allowing an innocent girl get bullied for revenge when he could do otherwise.

I can't tell who did it cause the video shows a Right arm and in the first chapter sensei's Left arm was the only one that was showed. But when sensei went to see her it looks like he only noticed it after the video was taken.
