Well I guess Nagumo got what she wanted, somewhat. She definitely broke Shiori with that. I mean it's her father's own fault, but still really sad to see how her father's actions really destroyed a great relationship that she had with him. And for Nagumo of all people to be the witness to Shiori losing faith.

This Nagumo bitch really thought that she can manipulate adults like that to do her bidding. First she assumed Aizawa sensei was on their side just because he doesn't do anything to their bullying. Then she thought she can just dangle a carrot in front of that PE teacher so she can find whatever evidence she wanted on Aizawa's apartment. Lastly she thought that her parents can just magically spawn money to make her study abroad to escape her current life. Well surprised, none of what she wanted happen. What a way to get tunnel visioned just because she didn't get to play Basketball
