To me, it still falls under NTR as Wakarase is still upset about Otagiri's actions. It could stop becoming NTR when she gets fully mind broken though.

NTR, using the colloquial usage of the word, is more about the feeling of one person losing the person they love to another. They don't have to be in an intimate relationship for it to count, there just needs to be mutual feelings of love between the cuck and the romantic interest.

It is also different from a love triangle/polygonal as in the case of NTR it is about the act of stealing one's love away (even if they don't have an official relationship) without the cuck having any real chance.
