Akizakura Sayuri is the younger sister of the MC. If I remember right, she occasionally helped him with his crossdressing.

Nishikiyuri Koyuki is the friend of the FL (they went to the same highschool, worked the same job, and played in the same band for a time).

Both of them have appeared throughout the series occasionally, and both supported the two main characters with their relationship. They both have also occasionally hung out with one another, and it looks like their budding friendship might be blossoming further now.

Just for the record of my fellow readers, I'm preeeetty sure there is some fanbox extras of the two having sex, of course it's probably not canon, point is that if the story will continue this chapter is most likely sign they will get together eventually.

Also for the record, Koyuki also has threesome with the main couple in one or two of these extras lol, dude even gets pegged, so not like the mangaka is scared of going queer.
