Ok, I'm sure I'm being an idiot or something but, at this point, I'm just going to pretend Shiki-senpai thought they were in a relationship the whole time and is just casual in a romantic relationship. May not pan out that way and I'm probably ignoring a lot of tropes, but I think that would be the cutest twist here.

What's with the censored word or phrase on page 4?

"So X truly exists?" and "I bet X will also be shocked."

X is... what exactly? In another manga, they once censored out part of the word 'tsundere' randomly once, so I figure it is something like that.
