I noticed some weird translation

on page 3, the first inner monologue does not seem to match the rest and the face expression
so I checked the raw,
the first sentence is right, but I think the second should be "I've only seen it used in my father's clothes!"
but then the 1st and 2nd sentence don't match ( "it's not the best product" vs "only seen it used in father's clothes = king's clothes" )
so I believe that the 1st sentence most likely to be said in a questioning tone,
therefore it will be equal to adding [か] or [?] at the end, and it will translate to "Isn't kneaded silk the highest quality?"
so now the context seems match the troubled face:
[huh? isn't that expensive?] --> [I'm gonna wear that?] --> [I don't think I'm supposed to wear that]

I also got confused with the "inside and outside" on page 9
( I read the raw and got even more confused, only to realize that I read the wrong kanji )
but then reading it over and over again I think I got it,
basically what it means is "speak from outside through the window, but never come inside"
right?

also, I think "why the troubled face" would be better than "what's so difficult about" on page 18

cheers

I'm not sure basing your symbology on "current market prices" is the best idea lol. What happens if there's a draught one year and suddenly rice is twice as valuable as wheat?
I assume theyd subsidize or price control both commodities since ensuring the price of basic needs is never not prudent if you can afford it. Maybe open the royal granaries too in emergencies.

But yes, rice is more labor intensive and less hardy than wheat, which caused northern and southern chinese culture to differ. Not a far reach to assume theyd price differently
