Was this manga axed? The ending is so anti-climactic.

The author made all of that build-up of the citizens and Fujimoto getting ready to rebel against the Act, only for Fujimoto to run away from the country instead while also making a jab towards Japan (the last line in this manga is legit Fujimoto thinking "Yes, surely Japan is where human's lives are appreciated highly"). Even though the author pussied out at the late part of the manga by revealing that the Ikigami country is a whole different country that somehow shares Japan's language and culture.

By the way, I fucking hate the urinary accident episode. It has the same issue with the photographer episode (the stories are barely focused on the Ikigami receivers if any), but the urinary accident one is simply painful and embarrassing to read.
