Just by this pov so far, i really felt bad to Asa's mom tbh. I knew she want to preserve the normalcy in her life so bad but damn, that's a lonely marriage

So Asa's father was emotionally absent at work, at home, apparently had the kind of relationship with his own relatives that they never even came to his funeral. What was he about at all? Was he on the spectrum? Wtf, can a person actually live like that?
