I'm banned for not using the app?

Hello, I created an account several years ago but never got to use it. Now I decided to start using mangadex but my old account says it's banned (according to the profile role) and I cannot search or save manga.
Did I do something? Can it be fixed please?

No, you probably break some site rules

If you legitimately did nothing with the account, it may have been one of the many accounts in v3 that got hijacked and banned.
