Given that she's a dragon, she's probably got the Elf Lifespan problem of "probably going to outlive everyone she knows". Which is kind of bleak if that's the case, given how much she's done for them already only to be potentially capable of outliving them all.

idk that weird gears and clockwork scene when she briefly woke up and passed out implies otherwise (greater things are at work in the background not to mentiom a certain priest who hears god actively going out of his way to help MC)
also wonder if the smol is because of that's what she sees as her body or cause she ages slower
